I've watched another film! - Indepedent research

 
 

Even though this film is REALLY old, I decided to watch it again as it is one of many films that have very obvious teen drama stereotypes in each character.

Zac Efron plays Troy Bolton in the film and is the main character along with Vanessa Ann Hudgens who plays Gabriella. He starts off as the popular 'basket case' but then finds this girl who he begins to enjoy singing with..

He loses respect from the boys but in the end gets to enjoy a best of both worlds - and everyone accepts his manly AND not-so-manly talents.

Troy Bolton is the typical sporty "jock" who is the real "looker" of the high school. Every girl is after him but he's after one thing: WINNING.

This is until Gabriella comes along.. and he also realises his passion for singing. (Not very jock at all)
